Experience In Maintenance Management: A Maintenance Group Lead At Sanofi Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Maintenance Management, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Manufacturing Setting. This Includes Experience In Managing A Team Of Maintenance Technicians And Overseeing Maintenance Operations.
Strong Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Technical Background In Mechanical, Electrical, And/Or Automation Systems. They Should Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Maintenance Issues And Have A Thorough Understanding Of Preventative Maintenance Techniques.
Leadership Abilities: As A Maintenance Group Lead, The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team Of Maintenance Technicians. This Includes Setting Goals, Delegating Tasks, And Providing Guidance And Support To Ensure The Team's Success.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: Sanofi Is A Highly Regulated Industry, And The Maintenance Group Lead Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Regulatory Requirements And Standards, Such As Fda Regulations And Cgmp Guidelines. They Should Also Have Experience With Audits And Inspections.
Communication And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Other Departments, And Management.
