  1. Develop and implement transformation strategies for the M&S GBU in the UK and Ireland market.
  2. Lead and direct cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize business transformation opportunities.
  4. Monitor and track progress of transformation efforts, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  6. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the M&S GBU.
  7. Act as a change agent, promoting and facilitating adoption of new processes and systems.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports on transformation progress to senior leadership.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  11. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
  12. Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events and conferences.
  13. Continuously seek out new opportunities for business growth and improvement.
