  1. Manage and lead the Quality Services team responsible for handling product complaints.
  2. Investigate and resolve product complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to product quality and safety.
  4. Develop and implement processes and procedures for handling product complaints.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of complaints and implement corrective actions.
  6. Analyze complaint data and provide recommendations for quality improvements.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all product complaints and investigations.
  8. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding product complaint status and resolutions.
  9. Monitor industry trends and changes in regulations related to product quality and incorporate into complaint handling processes.
  10. Train and mentor team members on complaint handling procedures and best practices.
  11. Participate in audits and inspections related to product complaints.
  12. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of product complaints to regulatory agencies.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the quality services provided to patients.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  15. Stay informed about company products and maintain a thorough understanding of their quality standards.
  16. Collaborate with other departments to implement quality improvement initiatives.
  17. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  18. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners involved in product quality and complaint handling.
  19. Participate in cross-functional projects related to product quality and safety.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmacy.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance Or Complaints Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines Related To Product Complaints Management, Such As Fda Regulations, Gmp, And Iso Standards.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Developing Talent.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Investigate And Resolve Product Complaints.
