- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in the GSA region, including laws, regulations, and guidelines related to pharmaceutical products.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the regulatory landscape in the GSA region, including changes and updates to regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all products and processes are in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents, including drug applications, labeling, and other required reports.
- Monitor and track the progress of regulatory submissions and ensure timely completion.
- Review and analyze scientific and technical data to support regulatory submissions and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in regulatory affairs, and apply this knowledge to improve processes and procedures.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, to address any issues or questions related to regulatory compliance.
- Participate in regulatory inspections and audits, and assist with the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all regulatory documentation and submissions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of regulatory strategies for new and existing products.
- Train and mentor junior regulatory affairs team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing updates and reports on regulatory activities and issues.
- Proactively identify and address potential regulatory risks and issues, and develop solutions to mitigate them.
- Represent the company in external meetings and conferences related to regulatory affairs.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Or Regulatory Affairs.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Regulatory Affairs Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Knowledge Of Gsa (Global Sanofi Approval) Regulations And Guidelines.
Strong Understanding Of Drug Development Process And Regulatory Submissions.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Cross-Functional Team.
