Job Description

Sanofi is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our growing IT team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees and customers, troubleshooting computer hardware and software, and ensuring our IT systems are operating efficiently.The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Additionally, you should possess a strong customer service orientation to ensure our users receive the best possible service. Responsibilities: • Provide technical assistance to employees and customers. • Troubleshoot computer hardware and software. • Ensure IT systems are operating efficiently. • Identify and resolve technical problems. • Monitor system performance and security. • Maintain hardware and software inventory. • Maintain technical documentation. • Maintain customer service orientation. • Work collaboratively with the IT team. • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures. • Ensure compliance with data security regulations. • Install and configure software. • Train users on new systems and software.
