Job Description

You will work closely with various departments and employees to gather evidence, analyze data, and make recommendations for corrective actions.To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 3 years of experience in conducting investigations, preferably in a corporate or legal setting.   1. Conduct thorough investigations into potential violations of company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  2. Work closely with various departments and employees to gather evidence and analyze data related to investigations.
  3. Make recommendations for corrective actions based on findings from investigations.
  4. Ensure that all investigations are conducted in a fair, impartial, and timely manner.
  5. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations related to ethical conduct and business integrity.
  6. Develop and implement policies and procedures to prevent and detect potential ethical violations.
  7. Provide training and guidance to employees on ethical principles and company policies.
  8. Communicate investigation findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, including senior management.
  9. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as legal counsel and regulatory agencies, as needed.
  10. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of investigations and related activities.
  11. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the company's ethics and integrity programs.
  12. Continuously assess and improve the company's ethics and integrity programs.
  13. Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy policies and regulations.
  14. Participate in meetings and trainings related to ethics and business integrity.
  15. Act as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a culture of integrity within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Law, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Conducting Investigations Related To Ethics And Business Integrity, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Including The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (Fcpa) And The Pharmaceutical Research And Manufacturers Of America (Phrma) Code On Interactions With Healthcare Professionals.

  • Excellent Analytical, Communication, And Report Writing Skills.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, With A High Level Of Integrity And Confidentiality.
