  1. Conduct analytical testing using various instrumentation to support the development and testing of new drug candidates.
  2. Maintain and troubleshoot analytical instrumentation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  3. Develop and validate analytical methods for new drug candidates.
  4. Analyze and interpret data to support decision making and report results to project teams.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of results.
  6. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
  7. Stay updated with industry advances in analytical instrumentation and techniques.
  8. Train and mentor junior staff on analytical instrumentation and techniques.
  9. Participate in the planning and execution of experiments and studies.
  10. Document and maintain accurate records of all experiments and results.
  11. Identify and troubleshoot any issues with instrumentation or results.
  12. Contribute to the development and improvement of analytical processes and procedures.
  13. Comply with all regulatory and compliance requirements.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding project updates and results.
  15. Represent the company and its values in a professional and ethical manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemistry Or A Related Field

  • Previous Experience With Instrumentation And Analytical Techniques, Such As Hplc, Gc, And Mass Spectrometry

  • Strong Understanding Of Chemical Principles And Laboratory Safety Protocols

  • Experience In Method Development And Validation For Pharmaceutical Analysis

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills.
