As the iLearn Centralized Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our digital learning platform, iLearn, by overseeing its centralized administration and maintenance.   1. Oversee the centralized administration of the iLearn digital learning platform.
  2. Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the iLearn platform.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to iLearn.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the iLearn platform.
  5. Create and maintain user accounts, course catalogs, and learning paths on the iLearn platform.
  6. Monitor and track user activity and engagement on the iLearn platform.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures on iLearn usage.
  8. Develop and maintain user guides and training materials for the iLearn platform.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning management systems.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of iLearn.
  11. Serve as a point of contact for iLearn-related inquiries and provide timely and helpful support to users.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate external content into the iLearn platform.
  13. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the iLearn platform.
  14. Train and onboard new employees on the use of the iLearn platform.
  15. Act as a project manager for new iLearn initiatives and updates, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  16. Communicate updates and changes to the iLearn platform to relevant stakeholders.
  17. Collaborate with the L&D team to align iLearn with overall learning and development strategies.
  18. Ensure data privacy and security protocols are followed on the iLearn platform.
  19. Monitor and report on the usage and effectiveness of the iLearn platform.
  20. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall learning and development function within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing And Administering A Learning Management System (Lms), Preferably Ilearn.

  • Strong Understanding Of Instructional Design Principles And E-Learning Development Tools.

  • Experience In Managing And Coordinating Training Programs And Courses For A Large Organization.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Stakeholders And Departments.
