Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly analytical Health Economics Analyst to join Sanofi's Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing economic analyses to support Sanofi's pricing, access, and reimbursement strategies for our medicines. You will work closely with our HEOR and Market Access teams to ensure that our strategies are well informed by economic analysis and evidence. To be successful in this role, you should have a Master’s degree in Economics, Health Economics, or related field, as well as experience in health economics, health outcomes research, or health policy. You should have strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Design and execute economic analyses to support Sanofi pricing, access, and reimbursement strategies for their medicines.
  2. Work closely with the HEOR and Market Access teams to ensure strategies are well informed by economic analysis and evidence.
  3. Analyze market dynamics and assess the potential impact of economic policies on Sanofi’s business.
  4. Prepare economic models and analyses to assess the financial and clinical values of Sanofi’s products.
  5. Develop and present economic study results to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Perform literature reviews to identify relevant data for economic analyses.
  7. Monitor economic changes and trends in the marketplace and recommend strategies to adjust to market conditions.
  8. Participate in the development of the HEOR strategy and advise on HEOR-related initiatives.
  9. Liaise with external organizations to ensure access to relevant data for economic analyses.
