- Oversee all aspects of warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping/receiving.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse and logistics processes, including streamlining workflows and reducing costs.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers, meeting all service level agreements.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse and logistics staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and production, to ensure smooth and coordinated supply chain operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in warehouse and logistics technology to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse and logistics performance to senior management.
- Identify and recommend cost-saving measures to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
- Lead and coordinate projects related to warehouse and logistics operations.

Extensive Experience In Warehouse And Logistics Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, And Logistics Processes.
Strong Leadership Skills: As The Head Of Warehouse & Logistics, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Warehouse Staff And Logistics Personnel. They Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills And Have A Track Record Of Effectively Leading And Motivating A Team To Achieve Targets And Goals.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: The Pharmaceutical Industry Is Highly Regulated, And It Is Crucial For The Head Of Warehouse & Logistics To Have A Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements Related To Warehousing And Logistics. This Includes Knowledge Of Good Distribution Practices (Gdp) And Other Relevant Regulations.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Head Of Warehouse & Logistics Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Entire Supply Chain, From Receiving And Storing Inventory To Distributing Products To Customers. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Address Any Issues That May Arise In The Warehouse And Logistics Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Will Involve Working Closely With Various Teams, Including Production, Sales, And Finance.
