In this role, you will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives for our specialty care division in North America, while also overseeing the operations and performance of our specialty care teams.   1. Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives for the specialty care division in North America, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of specialty care professionals, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure their success.
  3. Oversee the operations and performance of the specialty care teams, including sales, marketing, and market access.
  4. Utilize market insights and data analysis to identify new opportunities and drive growth in the specialty care market.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, medical affairs, finance, and regulatory, to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient needs to inform strategy development and decision-making.
  7. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the specialty care division.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and industry partners.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  10. Prepare and present regular reports and updates on the performance of the specialty care division to senior leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With At Least 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role. This Experience Should Include A Deep Understanding Of The North American Market And A Proven Track Record Of Success In Specialty Care.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Is A Strong Leader And Can Effectively Manage A Team To Achieve Business Objectives. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Large Teams And Have A Track Record Of Developing And Mentoring Employees.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Specialty Care Market: The Head Of North America, Specialty Care Strategy And Operations Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Specialty Care Market, Including Trends, Challenges, And Opportunities. They Should Also Have A Strong Network Within The Industry And Be Able To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Involves Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborating With Various Departments, Including Sales, Marketing, And Finance.
