- Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives for the specialty care division in North America, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of specialty care professionals, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure their success.
- Oversee the operations and performance of the specialty care teams, including sales, marketing, and market access.
- Utilize market insights and data analysis to identify new opportunities and drive growth in the specialty care market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, medical affairs, finance, and regulatory, to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient needs to inform strategy development and decision-making.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the specialty care division.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and industry partners.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates on the performance of the specialty care division to senior leadership.
Extensive Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With At Least 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role. This Experience Should Include A Deep Understanding Of The North American Market And A Proven Track Record Of Success In Specialty Care.
Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: As The Head Of North America, Specialty Care Strategy And Operations, The Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Strategic Thinking Skills And Business Acumen. They Should Be Able To Develop And Implement Long-Term Plans To Drive Growth And Profitability In The Specialty Care Division.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Is A Strong Leader And Can Effectively Manage A Team To Achieve Business Objectives. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Large Teams And Have A Track Record Of Developing And Mentoring Employees.
