1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives for the mRNA Center of Excellence (CoE) in alignment with Sanofi's overall goals and objectives.
2. Drive innovation within the CoE by identifying and evaluating emerging technologies and trends in the biopharmaceutical industry.
3. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and process optimization to ensure the CoE's performance meets or exceeds expectations.
