1. Develop and execute the clinical evidence strategy for Opella division in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
2. Lead and manage a team of clinical research professionals to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of clinical evidence activities.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and integration of clinical evidence plans.
4. Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical evidence and provide guidance and support to other team members.
5. Oversee the design, planning, and execution of clinical trials and other evidence generation activities, including budget management and resource allocation.
6. Review and analyze clinical data to inform decision making and drive evidence-based product development.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards in the planning and conduct of clinical trials.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in clinical research and evidence generation to continuously improve the clinical evidence strategy.
9. Represent the company at scientific conferences, meetings, and other events to present clinical data and build relationships with key opinion leaders.
10. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the clinical evidence team.
11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support the execution of clinical evidence activities.
12. Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, study coordinators, and contract research organizations.
13. Communicate regularly and effectively with senior management to provide updates on the progress of clinical evidence activities and any issues or challenges that may arise.
14. Participate in the development and review of clinical documents, including protocols, study reports, and publications.
