  1. Develop and implement sustainable practices and initiatives across all Sanofi facilities and operations.
  2. Monitor and ensure compliance with all environmental regulations and laws related to clean utilities and sustainability.
  3. Lead and manage a team responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sustainability of Sanofi facilities and processes.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and stay informed about any changes or updates to environmental regulations.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to identify areas of improvement and implement sustainable solutions.
  6. Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of sustainability practices and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the success of sustainability initiatives.
  8. Manage budgets and resources to support sustainable practices and initiatives.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on sustainability and provide guidance and training to employees across all levels of the organization.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in sustainable practices and incorporate them into Sanofi's operations.
  11. Communicate and promote the importance of sustainability to internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the progress and impact of sustainability initiatives.
  13. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in sustainability practices to achieve company goals and objectives.
  14. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices in clean utilities and sustainability, and make recommendations for their implementation at Sanofi.
  15. Foster a culture of sustainability and responsibility within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Clean Utilities Systems And Sustainability Practices, Including Water Treatment, Energy Management, Waste Management, And Environmental Regulations.

  • Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Responsible For The Operation And Maintenance Of Clean Utilities Systems In A Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Manufacturing Environment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing Sustainable Initiatives And Driving Continuous Improvement In Clean Utilities Operations.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Deliver Results Within Budget And Timeline.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
