- Develop and implement engineering projects and sustainability initiatives in alignment with Sanofi's goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and sustainability professionals to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate potential engineering projects and sustainability opportunities to support the company's growth and sustainability efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of engineering projects and sustainability initiatives with other business functions.
- Monitor and track progress of engineering projects and sustainability initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to advance engineering projects and sustainability initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to engineering and sustainability, and incorporate them into Sanofi's strategy and operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to engineering projects and sustainability initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in engineering processes and sustainability practices.
- Act as a spokesperson for Sanofi's engineering and sustainability efforts, representing the company at industry events and conferences.
