  1. Monitor and evaluate the safety profile of Sanofi's products through pharmacovigilance activities, including the review and analysis of adverse event reports.
  2. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential safety concerns for Sanofi's products.
  3. Ensure compliance with global safety regulations and guidelines, including reporting requirements and safety surveillance activities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams, to address safety-related issues and provide safety expertise and guidance.
  5. Conduct safety assessments and communicate findings to key stakeholders, including senior management, regulatory agencies, and healthcare professionals.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in safety regulations, and proactively identify potential impact on Sanofi's products.
  7. Lead the development and maintenance of safety-related documents, such as risk management plans, safety data sheets, and product labels.
  8. Participate in safety training and education initiatives for internal staff and external partners.
  9. Represent Sanofi at relevant safety conferences and meetings, and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and regulatory agencies.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of safety operations.
  11. Maintain a high level of quality and compliance in all safety activities, and ensure timely and accurate reporting of safety data.
  12. Act as a safety resource and provide guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on safety-related matters.
  13. Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Degree In Occupational Health And Safety Or Related Field: A Global Safety Officer At Sanofi Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Occupational Health And Safety, With A Degree From An Accredited Institution.

  • Experience In Global Safety Regulations And Standards: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Global Safety Regulations And Standards, Such As Osha, Fda, And Ema, To Ensure Compliance With All Safety Requirements.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Safety Programs: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Safety Programs, Policies, And Procedures To Promote A Safe And Healthy Work Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Global Safety Officer, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Training Employees On Safety Protocols, So Strong Communication And Leadership Skills Are A Must.

  • Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Industry: Sanofi Is A Global Pharmaceutical Company, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have Knowledge Of The Industry And Its Specific Safety Challenges And Regulations. Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry Is Preferred.
