  1. Develop and implement global advertising and promotion strategies that align with company objectives and comply with regulatory requirements.
  2. Monitor and interpret global regulatory guidelines and updates related to advertising and promotion and communicate any changes or potential impacts to relevant stakeholders.
  3. Lead a team of regulatory affairs professionals to ensure timely and accurate submissions for advertising and promotion materials.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, legal, and medical to review and approve promotional materials to ensure compliance with regulations.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities to ensure a thorough understanding of requirements and facilitate efficient communication.
  6. Conduct internal audits and provide guidance on promotional materials to ensure compliance with regulations.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs to educate internal teams on global advertising and promotion regulations.
  8. Participate in industry conferences and meetings to stay informed of industry trends and best practices in advertising and promotion.
  9. Lead the development of processes and procedures to ensure consistency in global advertising and promotion practices.
  10. Create and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions related to advertising and promotion activities.
  11. Collaborate with global affiliates to ensure consistency and compliance of advertising and promotion materials across markets.
  12. Provide strategic input and recommendations to senior leadership on potential risks and opportunities related to advertising and promotion.
  13. Stay up-to-date on competitive landscape and industry trends to inform decision making and drive continuous improvement in advertising and promotion practices.
  14. Ensure all advertising and promotion activities are carried out with integrity and in accordance with company values and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Global Regulatory Requirements: The Candidate Must Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Global Regulations Related To Advertising And Promotion Of Pharmaceutical Products. This Includes But Is Not Limited To Fda Regulations In The United States, Ema Regulations In The European Union, And Other Regional Regulations.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Global Advertising And Promotion Strategies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Advertising And Promotion Strategies For Pharmaceutical Products On A Global Scale. This Includes Experience In Working With Cross-Functional Teams Across Different Regions.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As The Head Of Global Regulatory Affairs-Advertising And Promotion Excellence, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team And Collaborating With Various Stakeholders. Therefore, Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Ability To Navigate Complex Regulatory Environments: The Candidate Should Be Able To Navigate Complex Regulatory Environments And Provide Strategic Insights To Ensure Compliance With Global Regulations While Achieving Business Objectives.
