  1. Develop and implement global launch strategies for rare disease therapies to ensure successful market entry and commercialization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and execution of launch plans, including brand positioning, messaging, and market access strategies.
  3. Lead the launch readiness process, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans to ensure a smooth and timely launch.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target patient populations, key market trends, and competitive landscape for rare disease therapies.
  5. Partner with regional and country teams to adapt global launch strategies to local markets and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  6. Provide guidance and support to regional and country teams in the implementation of launch plans, including budget management and resource allocation.
  7. Monitor launch performance and provide regular updates to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on rare disease market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and market access considerations.
  9. Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including advocacy groups, patient organizations, and healthcare professionals, to drive awareness and adoption of rare disease therapies.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in rare disease launch excellence, incorporating them into the company's launch strategies.
