- Provide financial expertise and strategic guidance to the Marketing & Sales teams in Europe.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans and initiatives.
- Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and forecasting.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs to senior leadership.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability.
- Support the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies.

- Collaborate with regional and global finance teams to ensure alignment and consistency in financial processes and reporting.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance Or Related Field: A Finance Ba&C Partner M&S Europe At Sanofi Should Possess A Strong Educational Background In Finance Or A Related Field. This Will Provide A Solid Understanding Of Financial Principles And Practices, Which Are Essential For This Role.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Finance Or Accounting: To Excel In This Role, Candidates Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In The Finance Or Accounting Field. This Will Ensure They Have A Deep Understanding Of Financial Processes And Can Effectively Manage Complex Financial Tasks.
