- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in reimbursement policies and regulations to inform reimbursement strategies.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify potential barriers to reimbursement and develop solutions to overcome them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of reimbursement strategies with overall business goals.
- Provide education and training to internal teams on reimbursement processes and policies.
- Monitor and track reimbursement data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes to optimize reimbursement outcomes.
- Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and other events to increase awareness and understanding of rare blood disorders and reimbursement challenges.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on reimbursement for rare blood disorders within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Reimbursement, With A Focus On Rare Blood Disorders.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Healthcare Reimbursement Policies And Procedures, Including Medicare, Medicaid, And Private Insurance.
