  1. Develop and implement innovative advertising and promotional strategies to effectively market our products in the US market.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives and corporate messaging.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory guidelines to inform advertising and promotional strategies.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audience and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
  5. Oversee the creation of advertising materials, ensuring they are accurate, impactful, and compliant with regulations.
  6. Monitor and track the performance of advertising campaigns and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
  7. Manage advertising and promotional budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending and timely reporting.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, advertising agencies, and media outlets.
  9. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all advertising and promotional materials meet regulatory requirements.
  10. Train and mentor team members to ensure a high level of expertise in advertising and promotional strategies.
  11. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on advertising and promotional activities and their impact on brand performance.
  12. Stay updated on competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and brand.
  14. Work with cross-functional teams to develop crisis communication plans and handle any issues related to advertising and promotions.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve advertising and promotional processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Advertising And Promotion, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Advertising Campaigns, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Industry Guidelines Related To Advertising And Promotion For Pharmaceutical Products.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
