1. Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for digital products and services.
2. Identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality sourcing.
3. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform sourcing decisions.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their digital product and service needs and provide sourcing solutions.
5. Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality of products and services.
6. Monitor and track digital sourcing spend and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
7. Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in all sourcing activities.
8. Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, including RFPs, bids, and contract negotiations.
9. Develop and maintain a network of potential suppliers to ensure a diverse and reliable supplier base.

13. Act as a subject matter expert on digital sourcing and provide guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
14. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of sourcing processes and systems.
15. Represent Sanofi in external supplier meetings and negotiations.
