The ideal candidate for the Customer Support Representative role at Sanofi holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, has at least two years of customer service experience, and a good understanding of customer service principles and practices.   5. Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

  7. Stay up-to-date with product information, changes, and feature updates.
  8. Adhere to customer service policies and procedures.
  9. Maintain customer service records and reports.
