
Customer Support Representative

With a friendly, professional attitude, the Customer Support Representative will be a vital member of the team, providing our customers with timely, accurate, and helpful solutions to their inquiries.To be successful in this role, the Customer Support Representative must have a minimum of two years’ experience in customer service or a related field, as well as a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to think quickly on their feet and provide solutions that are in the best interest of the customer. Experience with call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is also desirable. The Customer Support Representative will be a key player in ensuring that our customers have an excellent experience with Sanofi.
