Job Description

Welcome to Sanofi! We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills who can help us ensure a superior customer experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a passion for helping people. With a friendly, professional attitude, the Customer Support Representative will be a vital member of the team, providing our customers with timely, accurate, and helpful solutions to their inquiries.To be successful in this role, the Customer Support Representative must have a minimum of two years’ experience in customer service or a related field, as well as a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to think quickly on their feet and provide solutions that are in the best interest of the customer. Experience with call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is also desirable. The Customer Support Representative will be a key player in ensuring that our customers have an excellent experience with Sanofi. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills to ensure a superior customer experience.
  2. Possess a friendly, professional attitude when interacting with customers.
  3. Provide timely, accurate, and helpful solutions to customer inquiries.
  4. Have a minimum of two years’ experience in customer service or a related field.
  5. Possess a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  6. Think quickly on their feet and provide solutions that are in the best interest of the customer.
  7. Possess experience with call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  8. Monitor customer feedback and suggest ways to improve customer service.
  9. Stay up to date on product and service information.
  10. Maintain customer records and other data.

Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Customer Support Representative in Dubai - United Arab Emirates is AED2,500 to AED7,000 per month. This range will depend on the experience and qualifications of the individual and the company offering the position.
