Job Description

Sanofi is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our valued customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be tasked with delivering exceptional customer service.The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for customer service and experience in a customer-focused role. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who is able to build strong relationships with customers and has the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
