  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and customers with diabetes.
  2. Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure understanding and satisfaction.
  4. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure efficient and effective resolution of issues.
  5. Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services related to diabetes management.
  7. Demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of Sanofi's products and services.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
