  1. Draft and review contracts and agreements for a variety of business transactions, including sales, licensing, and partnerships.
  2. Provide legal guidance and support to internal business teams on contract negotiation and interpretation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  3. Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure the company's business practices are in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks in business transactions and initiatives.
  5. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
  6. Manage and maintain the company's contract database, ensuring all contracts are properly executed, filed, and stored.
  7. Advise on corporate governance matters and assist with the preparation and filing of necessary corporate documents.
  8. Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations and advise on necessary modifications to contracts and policies.
  9. Communicate with external legal counsel as needed for specialized legal support and guidance.
  10. Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for business teams, providing clear and practical legal advice and solutions.
  11. Participate in the development and implementation of legal training programs for employees to ensure a strong understanding of legal principles and compliance requirements.
  12. Collaborate with colleagues in the legal department to share best practices and support the overall legal function of the company.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School

  • Active Membership In Good Standing With The State Bar Association

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Practicing Corporate Law, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Contract Law And Experience Drafting, Reviewing, And Negotiating Various Types Of Contracts

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advise And Collaborate With Internal Business Stakeholders And External Parties.
