
Community Relations and Education Manager - NorCal

- Develop and implement community engagement and education initiatives for Sanofi in the NorCal region.
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and organizations to promote Sanofi's products and services.
- Create educational materials and resources to educate the community about Sanofi's products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of community initiatives with company goals and objectives.
- Plan and execute events and programs to increase awareness and understanding of Sanofi's products and services within the community.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of community outreach efforts and make adjustments as needed.
- Act as a spokesperson for Sanofi in the community and effectively communicate the company's values and mission.
- Develop and manage a budget for community outreach and education initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and community needs to inform future initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between Sanofi and community partners to establish mutually beneficial relationships.
- Represent Sanofi at community events, conferences, and meetings.
- Train and mentor team members and community volunteers to support community relations and education efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate regularly with leadership to provide updates on community outreach and education efforts.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and expand Sanofi's community impact and reach.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Community Relations, Education, Or Public Outreach.
Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Community Partners And Stakeholders.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Educational Programs And Initiatives.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Understanding Of Local Community Needs And Issues.
