Clinical Research Lead

1. Lead and manage all aspects of clinical research studies, including study design, protocol development, and study execution.
2. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines.
3. Manage and oversee study timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful completion of clinical trials.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, and regulatory affairs, to ensure the smooth and efficient running of clinical trials.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, study coordinators, and contract research organizations (CROs).
6. Review and analyze study data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for study sites and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the trial.
8. Monitor and report on study progress, including enrollment, data quality, and protocol deviations.
9. Identify and mitigate potential risks to study timelines, budget, and quality.
10. Ensure appropriate training and development of study team members to maintain high-quality standards.
11. Participate in study team meetings and provide updates on study progress and issues.
12. Stay current with industry trends and developments and apply best practices to optimize study design and execution.
13. Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical research processes, procedures, and standards to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.
14. Represent the company at scientific conferences, investigator meetings, and other industry events as needed.
15. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the clinical research team.
