As a Clinical Research Director for Inflammation and Immunology (IBD) at Sanofi, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of clinical research programs for our innovative therapies.   1. Develop and implement clinical research strategies and plans for Inflammation and Immunology (IBD) therapies at Sanofi.
  2. Lead and manage a team of researchers to ensure successful execution of clinical trials and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and progress towards clinical development goals.
  4. Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in IBD research, and apply this knowledge to shape the direction of clinical research programs.
  5. Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, including investigators, clinical research organizations, and key opinion leaders.
  6. Oversee all aspects of clinical trial design, including study protocols, informed consent forms, and study reports.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in the conduct of clinical research programs.
  8. Monitor and analyze clinical trial data, and make recommendations for adjustments to study protocols as needed.
  9. Effectively communicate key findings and progress updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
  10. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
  11. Participate in the development of publications and presentations to share clinical trial results with the scientific community.
  12. Drive the development and implementation of risk management plans for clinical trials.
  13. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of clinical trials.
  14. Serve as a key resource for all inquiries related to IBD and clinical research within the organization.
  15. Contribute to the overall strategy and vision for IBD therapies at Sanofi.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Medicine, Pharmacology, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In The Field Of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (Ibd).

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Clinical Researchers.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Conducting Clinical Trials, Including Fda Regulations And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Standards.
