Clinical Research Associate

We are looking for a talented and motivated Clinical Research Associate to join our team at Sanofi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support in the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical research studies. Our ideal candidate should have a passion for clinical research and a deep understanding of FDA guidelines and regulations.To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, such as nursing, pharmacy, or public health. Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement and manage clinical research protocols, standards of care, and associated documents in compliance with FDA guidelines and regulations.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of clinical research protocols and associated documents.
3. Manage relationships with study sponsors and research sites.
4. Monitor the progress of clinical trials and provide guidance to research sites to ensure compliance with study protocols.
5. Collect, review, and analyze clinical data.
6. Prepare and submit regulatory documents to the FDA and other regulatory agencies.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study progress and results.
8. Prepare and present reports on study progress to management and stakeholders.
9. Participate in quality assurance and safety monitoring activities.
10. Handle study-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
