Clinical Research Associate

We are looking for a motivated and organized Clinical Research Associate to join Sanofi and help us bring our innovative treatments to the world. In this role, you’ll coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical trials, ensuring that studies are conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice guidelines, applicable regulations, and project plans. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring activities, data collection, and regulatory document management.To be successful in this position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, two or more years of experience working in clinical research, and a good working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice. Excellent organizational, teamwork, and communication skills are also essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice guidelines, applicable regulations, and project plans.
2. Monitor clinical trial activities, data collection, and regulatory document management.
3. Ensure that study results are reported accurately and efficiently.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study progress.
5. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including study sponsors, investigators, and regulatory bodies.
6. Ensure timely communication of study progress to project team members.
7. Manage study budgets and timelines.
8. Provide training and support to trial sites.
9. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and ethical standards.
10. Prepare reports and presentations on study progress.
