Clinical Research Associate

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Research Associate to join Sanofi’s Clinical Research team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think critically when addressing complex situations. To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field, have at least two years of experience in clinical research, and be well-versed in Good Clinical Practice regulations. Responsibilities:

-Work collaboratively with other members of the clinical research team to ensure successful completion of clinical studies -Analyze and interpret clinical data, prepare reports, and present findings -Maintain detailed documentation of clinical research activities and results -Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations -Perform site visits and monitor clinical sites for compliance -Develop and maintain relationships with clinical research sites and sponsors -Conduct training sessions to ensure clinical research teams understand and adhere to GCP regulations -Develop and/or review clinical protocols and associated documents, such as informed consent forms -Assist in the preparation of regulatory documents, such as INDs and NDAs -Provide guidance and advice to clinical research sites and sponsors regarding clinical study activities
