
Clinical Development RWE Project Lead

- Lead and manage real-world evidence (RWE) projects to support the clinical development of our pipeline products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify RWE needs and develop strategic plans for utilizing real-world data.
- Design and oversee the implementation of RWE studies, ensuring adherence to study protocols, timelines, and quality standards.
- Analyze and interpret RWE data to inform decision-making and support product development strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and vendors, to ensure successful execution of RWE projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in RWE methods and technologies, and integrate them into project plans as appropriate.
- Communicate project updates, results, and insights to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, guidelines, and company policies related to RWE projects.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Represent the company at conferences and scientific meetings, and contribute to scientific publications related to RWE projects.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's mission and values, and promote a culture of innovation and patient-centricity.
- Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as medical affairs and market access, to leverage RWE insights for various business needs.
- Contribute to the development of RWE strategies and plans for the company's products, in alignment with overall development plans.
- Act as a subject matter expert on RWE methodologies and provide guidance and support to colleagues across the organization.
Advanced Degree In Life Sciences: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Master's Or Doctoral Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmacy, Medicine, Epidemiology, Or Public Health. This Will Provide Them With The Necessary Knowledge And Understanding Of Clinical Development And Real-World Evidence (Rwe) Methodologies.
Extensive Experience In Clinical Development: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Clinical Development, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company. They Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design, Implementation, And Data Analysis.
Strong Project Management Skills: As A Clinical Development Rwe Project Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. They Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, Including Planning, Budgeting, And Resource Allocation.
Expertise In Real-World Evidence: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Real-World Data Sources, Such As Electronic Health Records, Claims Databases, And Patient Registries. They Should Also Be Familiar With Rwe Methodologies, Including Observational Studies, Retrospective Analyses, And Patient-Reported Outcomes.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders. They Should Also Have Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborating With Internal And External Partners.
