Clinical Data Manager

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Data Manager to join our team at Sanofi. We are looking for someone with expertise in clinical data management processes and a strong customer service background. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of clinical data management, the ability to create and maintain data management strategies, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders. This individual should have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in teams.To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, as well as 3-5 years of experience in clinical data management. The candidate must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work with a variety of people in a fast-paced environment. 3. Develop and manage databases for clinical data.
4. Monitor data collection and data entry processes.
5. Analyze clinical data and produce reports for stakeholders.
6. Work collaboratively with other team members to develop and implement data management plans.
7. Train and mentor staff in clinical data management processes.
8. Create presentations and reports to communicate data management plans and results.
9. Ensure data security and confidentiality.
10. Develop and manage procedures for data retrieval and archiving.
