Clinical Data Manager

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Data Manager to join the team at Sanofi. The ideal candidate will have the technical skills to manage clinical data and possess an eye for detail. The successful applicant will be a highly organized individual with the ability to think analytically, manage multiple tasks, and work independently. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or healthcare-related field. Previous experience in clinical data management and a working knowledge of FDA regulations and GCP guidelines is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are an absolute must for this position. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain clinical data in accordance with FDA regulations and GCP guidelines
2. Ensure accuracy and integrity of clinical data
3. Generate and analyze clinical data reports
4. Develop and implement data management processes and procedures
5. Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure data is properly collected, entered, stored, and reported
6. Analyze data to identify potential issues and ensure data quality
7. Prepare datasets for internal and external auditors
8. Monitor data entry staff to ensure accuracy of data entry
9. Develop and maintain project timelines
10. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data is collected, stored, and reported accurately
