Clinical Data Manager

1. Develop and maintain clinical data management plans and procedures that comply with regulatory guidelines
2. Perform data entry, review, and analysis of clinical data
3. Develop data validation processes and strategies to ensure accuracy and integrity of clinical data
4. Monitor trends in clinical data management and recommend changes as necessary
5. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of clinical data
6. Prepare and maintain organized documentation of clinical data management activities
7. Train and mentor clinical data management team members
8. Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical data management systems and processes
10. Monitor and review clinical data management activities for accuracy and compliance
11. Develop and implement data quality control processes
12. Develop and maintain database structure for clinical data management
13. Provide support to clinical research teams for data management-related tasks
14. Participate in clinical data management audits and other quality assurance activities.
