Clinical Data Manager

Sanofi is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Clinical Data Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the organization, coordination, and processing of clinical data to support the execution of clinical trials.The requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as health informatics, life sciences, or biostatistics and at least 4 years of experience in clinical data management. Knowledge of clinical trial processes, FDA regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and clinical data management systems is essential. Responsibilities:

1. Organize, coordinate, and process clinical data to support clinical trial execution.
2. Stay up-to-date on FDA regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and clinical data management systems.
3. Develop and maintain clinical data management processes and systems.
4. Monitor clinical data collection and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
5. Prepare and analyze clinical data for reporting and analysis.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of clinical data.
7. Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members on clinical data management.
8. Troubleshoot any issues related to clinical data management.
9. Maintain accurate records and document all processes.
10. Develop and implement data quality standards.
11. Analyze clinical data to identify trends and patterns.
