Job Description

Sanofi is looking for an experienced Clinical Data Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about data management and excited to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in clinical data management and a proven track record of success. If you are a highly motivated and organized individual who is looking for a challenging opportunity to make a difference in drug development, then this is the job for you.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, life sciences, computer science, or a related field• At least 5 years of experience in clinical data management• Extensive experience with clinical trial databases, data collection, and data management• Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and industry regulations• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain clinical data management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry regulations and GCP.
  2. Develop and implement data collection, entry, and analysis plans for clinical trials.
  3. Manage and monitor clinical data management processes and procedures.
  4. Ensure data integrity and quality control measures are maintained.
  5. Develop and maintain study documentation, including Case Report Forms, protocols, and study reports.
  6. Train and mentor other data management staff.
  7. Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and completion.
  8. Analyze and interpret clinical data to identify and address discrepancies.
  9. Develop reports and presentations for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in clinical data management.
