  1. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the digital transformation of Sanofi's Consumer Healthcare division.
  2. Serve as a key strategic partner to the CHC division, providing financial guidance, analysis, and recommendations to support digital initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate new digital opportunities, assess financial impacts, and provide financial insights and recommendations.
  4. Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making processes and drive financial performance.
  5. Monitor and report on financial performance metrics, identifying trends and potential risks to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives to support the overall financial health of the CHC division.
  7. Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support digital initiatives and provide accurate financial projections.
  8. Collaborate with other finance professionals and business leaders to ensure alignment of financial goals and strategies across the organization.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to digital transformation and financial planning and analysis in the healthcare sector.
  10. Participate in budgeting and planning processes, providing financial insights and recommendations to support the achievement of financial targets.
  11. Proactively identify and address financial risks and issues, providing solutions and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  12. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to support the successful implementation of digital initiatives.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on digital finance matters, providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to digital finance, driving efficiency and effectiveness within the CHC division.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Business Partnering, Or Related Role.

  • Knowledge Of Digital Finance Tools And Technologies, Such As Sap, Tableau, And Power Bi.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Financial Data And Provide Strategic Insights.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
