- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for the European market, with a focus on France and Germany.
- Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and recruitment events.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions for talent needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and market conditions to inform talent acquisition strategies.
- Utilize data and metrics to track the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations in the European market to ensure compliance.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Sanofi, promoting the company as an employer of choice.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR business partners and hiring managers.
- Act as a subject matter expert on talent management, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and streamline talent acquisition processes.
- Communicate regularly with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and stay informed on best practices in talent management.
- Contribute to the overall success of the HR team and the company by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Category Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry
Fluency In French And German, As Well As Proficiency In English, To Effectively Communicate With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders In Europe
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Total Talent Management Strategies And Processes, Including Workforce Planning, Recruitment, And Performance Management
Excellent Negotiation And Contract Management Skills, With The Ability To Identify Cost Savings Opportunities And Drive Supplier Performance Improvements.
