- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements, and develop data-driven solutions to address them.
- Utilize technical skills and knowledge of business processes to identify system improvements and optimize data flow and integration.
- Develop and maintain data models, databases, and dashboards to provide accurate and timely reporting and analysis.
- Identify and troubleshoot data and system issues, and implement solutions to ensure data integrity and system stability.
- Communicate complex data and technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders to drive understanding and support for data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve data analysis and system optimization processes.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement and maintain systems and tools to support data analysis and reporting.
- Act as a subject matter expert on data and systems, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Business Systems Analysis And Data Management.
Proficient In Sql, Tableau, And Other Data Analysis Tools.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Data Issues.
Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Industry Regulations And Compliance, Such As Fda Guidelines And Data Privacy Laws.
