  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and key opinion leaders.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that support business growth and drive market penetration.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities in the immunology industry.
  4. Create and deliver presentations to educate stakeholders on Sanofi's products and services.
  5. Act as a liaison between Sanofi and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  6. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Sanofi's immunology products and services.
  7. Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  9. Attend conferences, events, and meetings to represent Sanofi and build relationships with potential partners and customers.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance guidelines to ensure all activities are in line with legal and ethical standards.
  11. Prepare and manage budgets for business relationship management activities.
  12. Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of relationships and business growth.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Sanofi, promoting our values and mission to improve the lives of patients with immunological diseases.

  • Proven Track Record In Business Development: The Business Relationship Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record In Driving Business Growth And Building Successful Partnerships Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Sales Process And Be Able To Negotiate And Close Deals Effectively.

  • Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills: This Role Requires Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Healthcare Professionals, Kols, And Internal Teams. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Information To Diverse Audiences.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Business Relationship Manager Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities To Identify Opportunities, Anticipate Challenges, And Develop Effective Solutions. They Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Analyze Data To Inform Decision-Making.

  • Education And Experience: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Life Sciences, Business Administration, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role. Additionally, Candidates Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In The Biotech Or Pharmaceutical Industry, Preferably In A Business Development Or Sales Role. Previous Experience In Immunology Is Highly Desirable.
