- Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and identify process bottlenecks, and develop solutions to address them.
- Lead and facilitate process improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to effectively manage and track progress of process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures, training materials, and process maps.
- Provide training and support to team members on new or updated processes and procedures.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented process improvements, and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Communicate progress and results of process improvement projects to stakeholders and senior management.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in process improvement, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement new technologies and systems to support improved processes.
- Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and driving adoption of new processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during process improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Process Coordination, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
