  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with company objectives and local laws and regulations.
  2. Manage and support a team of HR professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of HR services to employees.
  3. Work closely with senior management to understand business needs and translate them into HR strategies and initiatives.
  4. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development.
  5. Ensure compliance with all HR related laws and regulations, including labor laws, data protection, and equal employment opportunity.
  6. Drive a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  7. Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, and new employee orientation.
  8. Manage employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring market competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
  9. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as payroll providers, legal counsel, and labor unions.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management to continuously improve and innovate HR processes and policies.
  12. Represent the company in HR-related matters and maintain a positive employer brand image.
  13. Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement action plans to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  14. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and timely manner.
  15. Collaborate with the global HR team to align on company-wide HR initiatives and projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In French: As A People Services Manager In France, The Ability To Speak And Write In French Is Essential For Effective Communication With Employees, Hr Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Hr Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Management, Preferably In A Multinational Company. This Should Include Experience In Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Talent Development.

  • Knowledge Of French Labor Laws: A Strong Understanding Of The French Labor Laws And Regulations Is Crucial For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Employee Rights, Working Hours, Leave Policies, And Other Labor-Related Matters.

  • Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills: The People Services Manager Will Be Responsible For Building Relationships With Employees And Stakeholders, Hence Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills Are A Must. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Convey Information And Build Trust With Diverse Groups Of People.

  • Strong Leadership And Decision-Making Abilities: As A Manager, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Lead A Team And Make Important Decisions. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, As Well As The Ability To Make Sound And Timely Decisions, Are Critical For Success In This Role.
