Biostatistician

Sanofi is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Biostatistician to join our growing team. We are searching for an individual who has a passion for working in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in biostatistical methods, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.The successful Biostatistician will be responsible for providing biostatistical and analytical support to clinical trials, including developing and validating statistical models, and performing exploratory and post-hoc analyses. Additionally, the individual will be required to provide statistical advice and guidance to clinical teams.To be considered for this role, candidates must have a master’s degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field, and at least 3 years of relevant experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Furthermore, strong knowledge of statistical software including SAS, R, and/or STATA is highly desired.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and validate statistical models for clinical trials.
2. Perform exploratory and post-hoc analyses.
3. Provide statistical advice and guidance to clinical teams.
4. Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Participate in the design and implementation of clinical trials.
6. Maintain knowledge of relevant biostatistical methods, including study design and data analysis.
7. Keep up to date with current trends and developments in the biopharmaceutical industry.
8. Apply quality control procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
9. Collaborate with other members of the biostatistics team to ensure successful completion of projects.
10. Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
