- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for various processes and systems within the pharmaceutical industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop strategies for implementation
- Lead and oversee the development and maintenance of automation systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with automation systems, providing timely and effective resolutions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and optimizations of automation systems to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Stay current with industry advancements and trends in automation technology, and make recommendations for implementation within the organization
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of automation processes and procedures
- Train and mentor junior engineers on automation best practices and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures while working with automation equipment and systems
- Contribute to the development and execution of validation protocols and procedures for automation systems
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve and enhance automation processes within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Automation Engineering, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Automation And Control Systems, Including Plcs, Scada, And Hmi.
Experience With Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Standards, Such As Gxp And Fda Regulations.
