  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans that align with company objectives and timelines.
  2. Coordinate and oversee various projects within the Medical Affairs department, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
  3. Act as a liaison between the Medical Affairs team and other departments within the company, providing updates and progress reports as needed.
  4. Utilize project management software and tools to track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  5. Develop and maintain project timelines, budget projections, and resource allocation plans.
  6. Conduct regular meetings with project team members to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and objectives.
  7. Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track project success and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations, and integrate relevant changes into project plans as needed.
  10. Act as a mentor and resource for junior project management staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant laws and regulations.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Or Business Management.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Affairs Operations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Project Management Certification (Pmp) Or Other Relevant Certifications Is A Plus.
