Associate Project Manager – Managed Access Programs

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of Sanofi's Managed Access Programs, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project timelines and deliverables.
3. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
4. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks or issues.
5. Communicate project updates and status reports to key stakeholders.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors involved in the managed access programs.
7. Coordinate and lead project meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
8. Develop and manage project budgets and track expenses.
9. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
10. Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes.
11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in project management.
12. Mentor and support junior team members in their project management responsibilities.
13. Act as a liaison between different departments and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
14. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project progress and results.
15. Provide support and assistance to other projects and initiatives as needed.
