  1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the company's patient-focused initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of patient marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify patient needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  4. Utilize insights from market research to inform the development of patient-focused messaging and campaigns.
  5. Create and manage budgets for patient marketing initiatives.
  6. Oversee the development of marketing materials and collateral to support patient education and engagement.
  7. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of patient marketing strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment and coordination of patient marketing efforts.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging patient needs to inform marketing strategies.
  10. Cultivate and maintain relationships with patient advocacy groups and other stakeholders to support patient-focused initiatives.
  11. Serve as a brand ambassador for the company's patient-focused initiatives.
  12. Mentor and develop junior marketing team members.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to pharmaceutical marketing.
  14. Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and meetings related to patient marketing.
  15. Continuously evaluate and seek out new opportunities to enhance the company's patient marketing efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Marketing, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Patient Journey And Experience, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Patient Marketing Campaigns And Initiatives.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Pharmaceutical Industry Landscape, Including Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Standards.
