- Conduct market research and analysis to identify patient needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Utilize insights from market research to inform the development of patient-focused messaging and campaigns.
- Create and manage budgets for patient marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials and collateral to support patient education and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of patient marketing strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment and coordination of patient marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging patient needs to inform marketing strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with patient advocacy groups and other stakeholders to support patient-focused initiatives.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the company's patient-focused initiatives.
- Mentor and develop junior marketing team members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to pharmaceutical marketing.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and meetings related to patient marketing.
- Continuously evaluate and seek out new opportunities to enhance the company's patient marketing efforts.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Marketing, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.
Strong Understanding Of The Patient Journey And Experience, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Patient Marketing Campaigns And Initiatives.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Pharmaceutical Industry Landscape, Including Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Standards.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Results-Driven Mindset And Ability To Drive Innovative And Impactful Patient Marketing Strategies.
